You don’t have to sit in the lotus position to meditate—instead, sit in a comfortable way. You can sit on a pillow, in a chair, on a bench, or anywhere that feels comfortable to you. Relax, take a few deep breaths, and then start focusing on each part of your body—beginning with your toes—intentionally willing each part to relax completely.
